Don’t look now but Skee Z Top is creeping on you. They currently sit in 13th place, but are within 75 points of 8th place. That’s right, only 75 points separate 8th – 13th place.
Last week they rolled an 850, led by their veteran captain Chad “King Cobra” Moon, who rolled a 320 including two Full 40s. When reached for comment, Chad said “Yeah we had a hell of a match last week, but I don’t think we’ve hit our true potential yet. Brandon is rolling his way towards a possible rookskee of the year nomination, and Jason is pulling his weight per the usual. If we can all click during the playoffs, we could cause some major upsets.”
When asked about their interesting choice of uniforms, full white beards, Chad continued “God that was a bad choice. They make our faces itchy, they get in the way when rolling, and worst of all we can’t even drink through them! We definitely should have gone with t-shirts instead, but it’s too late now. The beards are coming to get ya!”
Week 6 should be interesting to see how Skee Z Top performs with Chad out of town. Can the boys step it up and keep themselves in playoff contention?
