“As long as I’ve got electricity, I can play skeeball.”

Excerpt from a NJ newspaper article talking about folks getting ready for Hurricane Sandy:

David Hartman, owner of Hartland Golf & Arcade in Ship Bottom, also planned to wait out the storm. Yesterday morning, with daylight’s first high tide. Hartman had at least a foot of water outside his door. He wasn’t able to find a generator nearby and he didn’t want to spend any more valuable time calling around for one, so he moved as much equipment as he could off the floor of his arcade.
“As long as I’ve got electricity, I can play skeeball,” he said.

You can read the full article here, but that’s gotta be hands down one of the greatest quotes of our time.

Thanks to John Gardner for the tip. Just the tip.
