You hear that noise? Yup, more records being broken in Milwaukee….

by Farrell on October 16, 2012

Jon completely dominated Skeeson I in Milwaukee. Took home the MVSkee Award, the Champions Chalice, and was the winner of the High Rollers Tourney.

But then come Skeeson II it was crickets. And not because Jon fell off the planet; it was indeed the opposite as he continued rolling well and lighting up the lanes, but the media decided to focus their attention on the likes of the Heebie Skeebies and star roller James, and Tim and his Askee/Dskee crew.

And then Jon had his Rodney Dangerfield moment and decided he was sick of gettin’ no respect around here. And set out to remind everyone that he was still the best roller in MKE. And that’s exactly what he did, throwing up a very impressive 393 in Week 5!

And if I were a gambling man, I’d be willing to wager that no one will be beating that monster score in the next three weeks. But will he be able to defend his other three titles from last skeeson? The HRT and Chalice will be decided on Super Saturday, but James currently leads him by a solid margin in the MVSkee race. With only three weeks left, can Jon pull it off?
